Biography
After his naval service he worked as a Barrister and Solicitor after graduation from Osgoode Hall Law School after World War Two. He practiced law in Toronto 1950, moving to Brockville in 1952.
 
Military Service
He was appointed as a Leading Naval Airman RNVR (With seniority dated 01/11/1943). He served in H.M.S. St. Vincent for #66 Naval Air Training Course 1944. He served in H.M.S. St. Eugene1944. He served in #13 Elementary Flying Training School. He served in HMCS Kingston ON for #31 Service Flight Training School. (CFR). He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (A) RNVR 01/02/1945. He served in H.M.S. Pretoria Castle for Carrier Familiarization 1945. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (Temp.) RNVR (With seniority dated 01/01/1945). He served in H.M.S. Theseus for 767 Squadron (Firefly) 1945, (Transferred to RCNR 01/09/1945). He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R) (With seniority dated 01/01/1945). He served in RNAS Rattray for 766 RN Squadron 1946. He served in RNAS Eglinton for 794 RN Squadron 1946. He served in H.M.S. Implacable for 801 RN Squadron (Seafire) 1947. He was appointed as a Lieutenant RCN(R). (He was released.)
