Biography
He attended McGill University. Before his naval service he was the Registrar at Sir George Williams College.

 

Military Service

He was appointed as a Probationary Sub-Lieutenant (SB) (Temp.) RCNVR (With seniority dated 10/11/1943). In 1943 he served in HMCS Cornwallis for Training. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (SB) (Temp.) RCNVR (With seniority dated 10/11/1943). In 1943 he served in Toronto as Staff Officer Personnel Selection. In 1945 he served in NSHQ. He was appointed as a Lieutenant (SB) (Temp.) RCNVR (With seniority dated 01/11/1944). (He was demobilized.)
