Biography
After his naval service he was the owner of custom window blind small business.
 
Military Service
He was appointed as a AC/2 RCAF 1953. He served in RCAF Penhold for Basic Flying Training 1953. He served in RCAF Portage La Prairie for Advanced Flying Training 1954. He served in RCAF Chatham for Operational Training 1954. He served in RCAF Zweibrucken Germany for 427 Squadron 1954. He served in RCAF Trenton for Advanced Flying Instructor's Course 1957. He served in RCAF MacDonald MB for Advanced Flying Training Instructor 1957-8, (Transferred to RCN through Short Service Appointment 1958). He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant (SSA) RCN 29/05/1958. He served in HMCS Cornwallis for Divisional Officers Course 1959.
