Biography
He graduated with a BCom from UBC in 1955, and a LLB from UBC, and joined the Bar in 1959.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1951. He served in HMCS Malahat for UNTD 1951-1952. In 1953-1954 he served in HMCS Discovery for UNTD. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R) (With seniority dated 01/09/1954). (He was released.)
