Biography
After his naval service he became a lawyer and practiced in Victoria BC.

 

Military Service

He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (Temp.) RCNVR (With seniority dated 21/06/1940. He served in H.M.S. King Alfred for training 1940. He was appointed as a Lieutenant (P) (Temp.) RCNVR (With seniority dated 10/12/1940). He served in #14 Elementary Flying Training School. He served in RCAF Kingston for #31 Service Flying Training School. He served in 833 RN Squadron 1941. He served in H.M.S. Activity for 835 RN Squadron 1942. He served in H.M.S. Battler for 835 RN Squadron 1943. He was appointed as an A/Lieutenant-Commander (P) (Temp.) (WHA) RCNVR. He served in H.M.S. Premier for 856 RN Squadron as Commanding Officer 1945. (He was demobilized 01/09/1945.)
