Biography
He was co-partner with the firm Humphries and Burgham Surveyors until his retirement. Member of the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors Council – 1967-1969. Part of University Liaison Committee with the University of Toronto – 1976-1981. Elected Fellow of the American Congress of Surveying and Mapping.
 
Military Service
He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant (A) (Temp.) RNVR. He served in H.M.S. St. Vincent for #63 Pilot Training Course. He served in #13 Elementary Flying Training School. He served in #14 Service Flying Training School. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (A) (Temp.) RNVR. He served in H.M.S. Merganser for 769 (Barracuda) RN Squadron 1945. He served in H.M.S. Crail for 711 (Avenger) Squadron 1945. He served in H.M.S. Premier for Deck Landing Training 1945, (Transferred to RCNR). He was appointed as an A/Lieutenant (P) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 23/11/1953). He served in HMCS Cataraqui for VC-921 Reserve Squadron 1953-1957. He was appointed as a Lieutenant RCN(R) (With seniority dated 23/11/1953). He was appointed as a Lieutenant-Commander (P) RCN(R). (He was released medically unfit 1957.)
