Biography

He did a BA and played football at U of Calgary, rugby with Montreal Irish. Mktg. exec. in Montreal; bilingual. Created renovation business; certified as carpenter in 1990; Provincial Instructor, 1995; TESL Cert., 1996. Taught ABE/ GED and trades math. Wrote training curricula. Instructor and facilitator at Kwantlen University College; Off-campus M.Ed., SFU, 2003. 4 years in China as EFL instructor. Foreign Expert Award from Jilin Province Education MInistry, China, 2007.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1966. He served in HMCS Tecumseh for UNTD 1966-1968. He served in HMCS Cornwallis for Training 1967. He served in HMCS Malahat for Training 1968. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R) 1968. (He was released.)
