Biography
He graduated from University of Albert with LLB 1951. He was an Associate Smith Clement Partee & Whittaker, Edmonton, Alberta, 1951-1953. Partner Cornie Kennedy, 1953-1987. Agent-general for China, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand Province of Alberta, Hong Kong, since 1985. He was Chairman board Churchill Development Corporation, Edmonton, 1980-1984.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1948. He served in HMCS Nonsuch for UNTD 1948-1951. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (S) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 06/02/1951). He was appointed as a Lieutenant (S) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 16/07/1953). (He was released 1953.)
