Biography
He was the son of John Edgar Keyston. He was the Rhodes Scholar from NS in 1958 – Magdelan College.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1956. In 1956-1957 he served in HMCS Scotian for UNTD. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (L) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 01/05/1957). (He was released.)
