He was living in London ON at the time of his recruitment. He graduated from UWO in 1965 with a BA.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1961. In 1961 he served in HMCS Prevost for UNTD. (He was released.)

He served as Chief Accounting Officer of Stellar Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Formerly Stellar International Inc.). Mr. Kime is the President and Chief Executive Officer of iBD Advisors Inc., a privately owned Canadian company providing guidance to Canadian and international companies on site location needs and business considerations connected with their plans to locate and expand in North America.
