Biography
After his naval service he worked with EXPO '67 as Deputy Director of Operations, General Manager of Montréal Gazette. He was the publisher of newspapers in Thunder Bay and Guelph Ontario. He was a Member of the Environmental Appeal Board of Ontario. President Les Quotidiens du Québec. He was the President of the Lethbridge Rehabilitation Centre.

He was appointed as a AC/2 RCAF (With seniority dated 01/09/1943. (CFR). He was appointed as a Pilot Officer RCAF (With seniority dated 01/12/1944). RCAF for Flying Training 1944, (Transferred to RNVR) 01/03/1944. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant (A) (Temp.) RNVR 01/01/1945. He served in H.M.S. Pretoria Castle for Carrier Familiarization 1945. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (Temp.) RNVR (With seniority dated 01/01/1945). He served in RNAS Rattray for 766 RN Squadron 1945. He served in H.M.S. Theseus for 767 RN Squadron (Firefly) 1945, (Transferred to RCNR) 01/09/45. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R) (With seniority dated 01/01/45). He served in H.M.S. Implacable for 794 RN Squadron (Seafire) 1946. (He was retired. He was appointed as a Lieutenant (P) RCN(R).
