Biography
He was the brother of SLT Donald Kydd. He was living in Dartmouth NS at the time of his recruitment. He served as the President - Dartmouth Bar Association and Chair - Civil Service Employee Relations Board - Nova Scotia and President - Alzheimer Society of Canada and President - Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.

 

Military Service

He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1961. In 1961 he served in HMCS Scotian (Acadia) for UNTD. He served in HMCS Scotian for UNTD. In 1962 he served in HMCS Cornwallis for Training. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R). He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R). He served in HMCS Cornwallis on Staff of UNTD Training Division East Coast as Records Officer and Term Lieutenant 1967. (He was released.)
