Biography
He was living in Montreal QC at the time of his recruitment. He graduated with a BA from McGill, and a LLB from UofT. He was called to the Bar 1971.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1962. He served in HMCS Donnacona for UNTD 1962. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R) (With seniority dated 15/09/1964). (He was released.)
