In 1968 he graduated from the University of Manitoba. He practiced law in Duncan BC.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1961. In 1961 he served in HMCS Unicorn for UNTD. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R) (With seniority dated 01/09/1964). (He was released.)
