Biography
He was a seaman in the M.V. King Arthur when the Second World War began. SS Confield. She was torpedoed and sunk between Iceland and Ireland. Afterwards he flew for the World Health Organization in Ethipia. A resident of Stockholm Sweden he is active in aviation in Russia and eastern Europe.

He was appointed as a AC 2/c RAF 1940. He served in the RAF for Flying Training. He was appointed as a Flight Sergent RAF. He was appointed as a WO 2/c RAF. (CFR). He was appointed as a Flying Officer RAF. He served in #205 RAF Group 1944. (Transferred to RNVR 1945). He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (Temp.) RNVR 1945. He served in RAF Yeovilton 1945. (Short Service Appointment commenced 30/04/1947). He was appointed as a Lieutenant (P) (SSA) RCN (With seniority dated 13/08/1945). He served in HMCS Magificent for 19 Carrier Air Group as Pilot in 825 Squadron 1948. (Transferred to RCNR), He was appointed as a Lieutenant (P) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 13/08/1945). He served in NHQ For Special Duty as Naval Liaison Officer for RCAF Station Trenton 1953. He was appointed as a Lieutenant-Commander (P) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 13/08/1953). He served in HMCS Tecumseh as Resident Instructor for VC-924 Reserve Squadron and as Staff Officer (Air) 1954. (He was retired.)
