Biography
He was living in Hull QC at the time of his recruitment into the navy. He served as Chairman - Bureau de l’Ombudsman - Gatineau, QC. He was elected as Mayor - Hull, QC. He served as Chairman - Vélo Québec Association.
 
Military Service
He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1961. In 1961-1964 he served in HMCS Carleton for UNTD. He was appointed as AéSub-Lieutenant RCN(R) 1964. (He was released.)
