Biography
After his naval service he joined Air Canada 1966 to 1997.
 
Military Service
(Short Service Appointment). He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (SSA) RCN (With seniority dated 12/09/1954). He served in HMCS Venture (Officer Training Establishment) for Training 1954. (Granted Permanent Commission 01/09/1956). He was appointed as a Midshipman RCN (With seniority dated 01/09/1956). He served in HMCS Shearwater for Aero engine course 1956. He served in HMCS Cornwallis for Communications Course 1956. He served in HMCS Niagara for Pilot Training With USN 1956. He served in USNAS Pensacola for Flying Training 1956. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant (P) RCN (With seniority dated 01/09/1957). He was Awarded Wings 02/05/1958. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (P) RCN (With seniority dated 01/03/1958). He served in HMCS Shearwater and HMCS Bonaventure for VS-881 Squadron 1958. He served in HMCS Shearwater and HMCS Bonaventure for VS-880 Squadron 1959.
