Biography

He was living in Winnipeg MB at the time of his recruitment. He had a distinguished career in the aerospace industry and the federal government. He was President and C.E.O. of the Air Transport Association of Canada (ATAC), Senior Vice President at Spar Aerospace, and a Board Member of NAV CANADA. His twenty years of experience in the federal government culminated in his appointment as Senior Assistant Deputy Minister, Industry and Regional Operations, at Industry Canada. He was the President and C.E.O. of the Railway Association of Canada.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1966. He served in HMCS Brunswicker for UNTD 1966-1968. He served in HMCS Cornwallis for Training 1967. He served in HMCS Malahat for Training 1968. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R) 1968. (He was released.)
