Biography
He grew up in Vancouver BC. He graduated from UBC BCom in 1955 and from UWO with an MBA 1956. During his career, he worked in numerous positions within the oil industry and federal government.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1950. He served in HMCS Discovery for UNTD 1950-1953. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieitenant RCN(R) (with seniority dated 01/09/1953). In 1953 he served in HMCS Discovery. (He was released.)
