Biography
He was living in Brockville ON at the time of his recruitment. He was the Ambassador to Chile and Paraguay (1990-1993); Senior Advisor, Middle East Peace Process (1993-1994); Director General, Eastern Europe (1994-1996); Ambassador to Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan (1996-1999); Inspector General, Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (1999-2002).

 

Military Service
He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1961. In 1961 he served in HMCS Cataraqui for UNTD. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R) (With seniority dated 01/07/1964). (He was released.)
