Military Service
He was appointed as a Probationary Flight Sub-Lieutenant (Temp.) RNAS (With seniority dated 14/03/1917) at Ottawa ON. He served in Crystal Palace 1917. He served in RNAS Eastbourne 1917. He was appointed as a Flight Sub-Lieutenant (Temp.) RNAS. He served in RAF Cranwell 1917. He served in Seaplane Defence Flight. He served in #13 (Naval) Squadron 1917. He served in #213 Squadron. He was appointed as a Flight Commander RNAS 1917. He was wounded in action 15/09/1918, (Transferred to RAF 1918). He served in #233 RAF Squadron. He was wounded and invalided to England 28/09/1918. He served in #5 Group for #213 Squadron 29/09/1918.
