Biography
After his naval service he served as Senior personnel officer BC Ferry Corporation to 1980.

 

Military Service

He was appointed as a Boy Seaman RCN 1940. He served in HMCS Prince Robert. He served in HMCS Kootenay. (CFR). He was appointed as an Officer Cadet RCN (With seniority dated 15/09/1948). In 1948 he served in HMCS Discovery for UNTD Training. In 1948 he served in Royal Roads. He was appointed as an Ordnance A/Sub-Lieutenant RCN 1952. He was appointed as a Ordnance Sub-Lieutenant RCN. He was appointed as a Ordnance Lieutenant RCN (With seniority dated 01/09/1953). He served in HMCS Montcalm. He was appointed as an Ordnance Lieutenant-Commander RCN (With seniority dated 01/12/1959). (He was retired 1968.)
