Biography
He attended McGill University in Science 1939-1940 and in Engineering 1940-1943. He was the brother of Lieutenant Robert Mainguy RCNVR.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as an Ordinary Seaman (Officer Candidate UNTD) RCNVR (With seniority dated 26/02/1944). In 1944 he served in HMCS Donnacona. In 1944 he served in HMCS Prevost for Training. (He died on active service at Montreal QC 12/06/1944).
