Biography
After his naval service he attended the Royal West of England Academy School of Architecture 1946-51. He emigrated to Canada on 26/10/1953. He worked as an Architect in Toronto ON 1953-1978. (He retired on 01/10/1978.)
 
Military Service
(He volunteered for service under the Y-Scheme 1942.) He was appointed as an Ordinary Seaman RNVR (With seniority dated 01/08/1943). He served in H.M.S. Raleigh (Officer Training Establishment) 1943, (Transferred to Fleet Air Arm 1943). He served in H.M.S. St. Vincent for #60 Pilot Training Course 1943. He was appointed as a A/Leading Naval Airman RNVR 1944. He served in RCAF Goderich ON for #12 Elementary Flying Training School 1944. He served in Kingston for #31 Service Flying Training School 1944. He served in RCAF Kingston for #14 Service Flying Training School 1944. (Awarded Pilot Wings 17/11/1944.) He was appointed as an A/Petty Officer Pilot RNVR (With seniority dated 01/11/1944). (CFR). He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant (A) (Temp.) RNVR (With seniority dated 17/12/1944). He served in RNAS Bootle 1945. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (A) (Temp.) RNVR (With seniority dated 17/12/1944). He served in RAF Tealing for #9 (P) AFU 1945. He served in RNAS Hinstock for 758 RN Squadron at NAIFS 1945. He served in RNAS Henstridge for 761 RN Squadron for #2 NFS 1945. He served in RNAS St. Merryn for 794 RN Squadron 1945. He served in RNAS Henstridge for #2 NFS 761 RN Squadron 1945. He served in RNAS Ayr for 768 RN Squadron 1945. He served in H.M.S. Ravager for 768 RN Squadron for Deck Landing Training 1945. He served in RNAS Bherunda (Colombo Ceylon) for Jungle Survival Course 1945. He served in RNAS Tambaram (India) for 757 RN Squadron 1945. (He was demobilized 1946.)
