Military Service
He was appointed as a Wireless Telegraph Operator (3rd Class) RNCVR (With seniority dated 01/03/1916). He was appointed as an A/Chief Wireless Telegraph Operator RNCVR (With seniority dated 01/01/1918). In 1918 he served in HMCS Niobe (Depot Ship) as Additional for Duty and Instruction at Naval Wireless Telegraph School as Chief Instructor in Charge. (He was demobilized.)
