Biography
At Ontario Hydro he was the Director, Property Division and was directly involved in acquiring right-of-ways under the Expropriations Act, an often sensitive issue particularly as applied to farmland.

 

Military Service
He was apponted as an Ordinary Seaman (Officer Candidate UNTD) RCNVR 1943. In 1943 he served in HMCS York (for UNTD). (He was demobilized.)
