Biography
He was living in Watford ON at the time of his recruitment. He pursued a teaching career in Essex County as Vice-Principal at Leamington District Secondary School and Kingsville District High School and principal of Gore Hill Public School.

 

Military Service

He was appointed as a Ordinary Seaman (Officer Candidate UNTD) RCN(R) 1947. He served in HMCS Star for UNTD (OAC) 1947-1950. He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1948. He served in HMCS Athabaskan for sea Training. He served in HMCS Haida for Sea Training. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R) (With seniority dated 06/02/1950). He was appointed as a Lieutenant RCN(R) (With seniority dated 18/04/1952). (He was released 1957.)
