His next-of-kin, was his mother, Mrs. Mary Munroe, Nicola, B.C. He was the son of William and Mary Munro, Balsam Street, Vancouver BC.
 
Military Service
He was appointed as a Leading Seaman (RNCVR). He served in HMCS Galiano 1918. (He was lost in HMCS Galiano in a storm off Vancouver Island BC October 30, 1918).
