Biography
After his naval service he transferred to Civil Service. He served in CFHQ as Chief Intelligence & Security as Naval Strategic Intelligence Analyst 1986. He served in CFHQ as Head Strategic Intelligence Section 1986. (He was retired 30/09/1988.)

He served in NDHQ on Staff of Directorate of Air and Command Systems (Operational Requirements (Air)) 1964. He served in HMCS Provider as Air Operations Officer/Training Officer and Senior Watchkeeper 1966. He served in MARCOM as Senior Staff Officer (Intelligence) 1969. He served in CFHQ on Staff of Director General Security and Intelligence as Head Naval Intelligence Section. (He was retired 16/03/1975). (He was qualified with a Watchkeeping certificate and as a pilot for naval aviation.)
