He served as Chairman - Board of Governors - American College of Physicians Inductee - Canadian Medicine Hall of Fame (2014). He was the Founding President - International Consortium of MS Centers and served as President - American Osler Society and as President - Canadian Society for the History of Medicine. He is the author - He is the author of numerous Medical texts and articles. |
