After his naval service he served as the Chief of Protocol with the Canadian Corporation for the 1967 World Exhibition (Expo '67) 1964-67. he served as Registrar of the Order of Canada and Deputy Assistant Secretary to the Governor General 1967. He served as Director of the Chancellery of Canadian Orders and Decorations 1971. He served as Secretary of Strategic Planning Department of Fisheries and Oceans Quebec City 1987. (He was retired 1991.) |
