Biography
After his naval service he joined United Aircraft of Canada at St. Hubert PQ as Acceptance Test Pilot. He joined Okanagan Helicopters in Vancouver 1972.
 
Military Service
He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (ROTP) RCN 1960. He served in HMCS Discovery for ROTP Training 1960. He served in HMCS New Glasgow for Training 1960. He served in RCAF Trenton for Flying Selection 1961. He served in RCAF Centralia for Flying Training 1962. He served in RCAF Rivers for Advanced Flying Training 1963. He was Awarded Wings. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant RCN (With seniority dated 01/05/1963). He served in HMCS Shearwater for HU-21 Squadron for Helicopter Conversion 1964. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant RCN (With seniority dated 01/05/1963). He served in HMCS Shearwater for VU-32 Squadron as Pilot 1965. He served in HMCS Shearwater and HMCS Bonaventure for HS-50 Squadron 1965. He served in HMCS Annapolis for HS-50 Detachment 1967. He was appointed as a Lieutenant RCN 1967. (He was released 31/12/1967.)
