Biography
He was a seaman at the time of his recruitment into the navy.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as a Mate RNCVR (With seniority dated 09/10/1915). In 1917 he served in HMCS P.V. V (Trawler Sweeper). He served in HMCS Niobe as Additional 1918. (He was demobilized.)
