Biography
He was qualified as a Master Mariner (Passenger Coastal) #12134. He served in the Waterhouse fleet. He served as Master of the Southolm. (He was qualified as a Pilot 1938). (He resigned 20/08/1946).

 

Military Service
He was appointed as a Chief Skpper (RCNR). He served in HMCS Malaspina (In command) 1942. He was appointed as a Skipper Lieutenant (Temp.) RCNR (With seniority dated 02/06/1943) (Later backdated to 1942). (He was demobilized.)
