Biography
On the West Coast Bill started out as an on air announcer and newsman on CJVI Radio and later on CKDA Radio both in Victoria. On the east coast people will remember his voice from his 13 year tenure with CJCH in Halifax and his invaluable contribution to the launch of the Christmas Daddies charity in the Maritimes.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1955. He served in HMCS Malahat for UNTD 1955. (He was released.)
