Military Service

He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1948. He served in HMCS Donnacona for UNTD 1948-1949. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant (S) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 06/02/1951). He was appointed as a Lieutenant (S) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 03/07/1954). In 1954 he served in HMCS Donnacona. (He was retired.) In 1960 he served as Lieutenant (S) RCN(R) on the retired list at HMCS Tecumseh.
