He attended University of Saskatchewan prior to enlistment. After his naval service he worked in agriculture in Saskatchewan and then as South Vancouver Island Representative of the Old Soldier Settlement Board and Veteran's Land Act c1919-50. (He received an Italian decoration for distinguished war service.) |
