Biography
He was living in Ottawa ON at the time of his recruitment. He was the son of Commander William Potter RCN. He attended Carleton, B.Sc., 1966; several years of Bio. Chem. Research; and Queens, B. Ed.), Knowlton moved to North Bay ON in 1973. He taught Science at Chippewa Secondary School until his retirement in 2003.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1962. He served in HMCS Carleton for UNTD 1962-1963. (He was released.)
