(Transferred to RCN). He was appointed as a Lieutenant (LEGAL). He was appointed as a Lieutenant-Commander (LEGAL). He was appointed as a Commander (LEGAL). NDHQ as Director of Law (Pensions and Estates) 1990. (He was released.)
