His next-of-kin, was listed as his Aunt, Mrs. M. Thomas, 246 Hibernia Road, Port St. Charles, Montreal QC. His parents lived at Llanoy, Usk, Mon. UK.
 
Military Service
He was appointed as a Leading Stoker (RNCVR). He served in HMCS Galiano 1918. (He was lost in HMCS Galiano in a storm off Vancouver Island BC October 30, 1918).
