He was appointed as an AC 2/c RCAF. He served in RCAF Windsor for #7 Elementary Flying Training School 1943. RCAF Borden for #1 Service Flying Training School 1944. He was Awarded Wings 22/10/1944. (CFR). He was appointed as a Pilot Officer RCAF 01/11/1944. Released. (Transferred to RNVR). He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (A) (Temp.) RNVR 1944. He served in H.M.S. Seaborne 1944. He served in H.M.S. Macaw 1944. RN College Greenwich for Training 1945. He served in H.M.S. Gosling 1945. (He was demobilized in 1945.) |
