Biography
(He was qualified as a Master Mariner (Coastal Trade #2094).) He arrived in Esquimalt in 1862. On 09/06/1873 he was appointed as a Marine Pilot for the Victoria District. In 1880-1881 he served in Burrard Inlet. (He was retired 08/02/1894).
