Biography
He was qualified as an Engineer. He served as President - Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario (1965) and President and Chairman of the Board - Proctor and Redfern Limited (1977) and President - Canadian Council of Professional Engineers (1968).

 

Military Service
He was appointed as an Ordinary Seaman (Officer Candidate UNTD) RCNVR 1944. In 1944-1946 he served in HMCS York for UNTD. He was appointed as an Ordinary Seaman (Officer Candidate UNTD) RCN(R) 1946. (He was released 1946.)
