Biography
(He was qualified as a Master Mariner (Foreign Going) #1426). In 1874 he was appointed as a British Columbia Pilot (#13). In 1878 his licence was suspended for 12 months after the stranding of the ship St. Lawrence in 1877. In 1880 he resigned from the Burrard Inlet Pilots. (He was qualified as a Master Mariner (Foreign-going #1426).
