Biography
He was the Director, Canadian Patrol Frigate Program for Supply and Services Canada, starting in 1978, in the early stages of that project.

He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1952. In 1952-1955 he served in HMCS Scotian for UNTD. He was appointed as an A/Ordnance Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R) (With seniority dated 01/07/1957). He was appointed as an Ordnance Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R) (With seniority dated 01/07/1957).. He was appointed as an Ordnance Lieutenant RCN(R) (With seniority dated 01/07/1957). He served in HMCS Carleton. He was appointed as a Lieutenant RCN(R) (With seniority dated 01/07/1957). He served in HMCS Scotian 1963. He was appointed as a Lieutenant-Commander (L) RCN(R) 1965c. (He was released.)
