He graduated with a MA (History) Queen’s Spring 1952. In 1957 he was Director, National Services, Unemployment Insurance, Ottawa ON.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as an Ordinary Seaman (Officer Candidate UNTD) RCN(R) 1947. He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1948. In 1948 he served in HMCS Cataraqui for UNTD. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (S) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 06/02/1950).(He was released.)
