(He was qualified as a Master Mariner.) In 1906 he was the Master of the Constance which carried crews and supplies to the new town site of Prince Rupert BC. He was the Master of the Prince Albert when on 01/04/1920 she collided with the Prince John in the Queen Charlotte Islands during a storm. |
