Biography
He was the son of George Vanstone Roche. He was living in Edmonton AB at the time of his recruitment. He was a Lawyer in Vancouver BC.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1964. He served in HMCS Tecumseh for UNTD (Edmonton) 1964. He served in HMCS Cornwallis for Training 1965. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R) 1966. (He was released.)
