Biography
After his naval service he worked with a Trust Company and Stelco to retirement in 1990. Afterwards he entered a seminary to study theology.

 

Military Service

(Short Service Appointment). He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (SSA) RCN (With seniority dated 12/09/1954). He served in HMCS Venture (Officer Training Establishment) for Training 1954. He was appointed as a Midshipman (SSA) RCN (With seniority dated 01/09/1956). He served in RCAF Centralia for Basic Flying Training Course 5609 1956. He served in NHQ for Advanced Pilot Training at RCAF Station Penhold 1956. He served in RCAF Portage-la-Prairie for Jet Training. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant (SSA) RCN (With seniority dated 01/03/1958). He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (P) (SSA) RCN (With seniority dated 01/03/1958). He served in RCAF Chatham for Advanced Jet Fighter Training 1958. He served in HMCS Venture and HMCS Shearwater for VF-870 Squadron 1958. He was appointed as a Lieutenant (P) (SSA) RCN 1958. (He was released 01/09/1961.)
