Biography
His home was in Toronto ON where he worked as a salesman at the time of his recruitment. He was awarded ACA Certificate 346 at Wright Flying School, Dayton, Ohio, 13/10/1915.
 
Military Service
He was appointed as a Probationary Flight Sub-Lieutenant, RNAS (With seniority dated 6/10/1915) in Ottawa ON. He served in RNAS Chingford, 3/11/1915. He served in RNAS Killingholme, 5/03/1916; He served in RNAS Great Yarmouth 5/09/1916; He served in H.M.S. Pegasus (Seaplane Carrier) 14/08/1917. He served in RAF Cranwell, 10/03/1918. He served in RNAS Nairana, 14/08/1918. He served in RNAS Ayr 18/11/1918. He served in the White Sea area (Russia) 1919. (He was demobilized 1919.)
